IDBH Senso is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide us with is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Dutch version of the GDPR the ‘Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming’ (AVG).

Purpose of data collection:

We use data that can identify you, personal data, to:
• Analyse visitor behaviour on our website;
• Improve and administer our website;

Data collection:

On the basis of legitimate interest: you automatically provide us with information, when you use our website. The automatic collection is realised through the use of cookies.

Cookies are usually small text files, given ID tags that are stored on your computer’s browser directory or program data subfolders. Cookies are created when you use your browser to visit a website that uses cookies to keep track of your movements within the site. IDBH Senso uses analytic cookies from the American company Google. These cookies are used to collect information about how you use our sites. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve our website, make it more user friendly and monitor whether it is performing correctly. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form about your activity on our website including the pages you visit and the webpage that referred you to our sites. The information transferred to Google can be stored for an undetermined amount of time on servers in the United States.

IDBH Senso has a data processing agreement with Google which is incorporated in their terms and conditions and privacy policy. Please read their privacy policy for more information. Google may share your personal data in case this is demanded by law, or in case a sub processor processes your data.

Type of information:

Like many companies and organisations, some of the information we collect, known as personal data, can identify you. An example of personal data might be your name or e-mail address. Some of the personal data we collect is only obtained when you provide it to us. This information may include your name, your organisation and e-mail address. This may happen when you contact us using email or contact form.

Some personal data is collected automatically when you use our website. This information may include some or all of the following types of information:
• Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address
• Device type
• Operating system
• Internet browser
• Geographic location based on GPS/Wi -Fi/communications network local information.

Unless we need the data to retain its personally identifiable characteristics, we anonymise the data we collect and store it in a manner that does not identify you. For instance, when we collect your IP address, we anonymise your IP address by omitting the last group of digits.

Childrens privacy:

We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children aged 16 years and under. Our website is designed and intended for use by adults. If you are a child under the age where parental consent is required in your country, you should review the terms of this Privacy Notice with your parent or guardian to make sure you understand and accept them. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child without consent from a parent or guardian but such consent should have been obtained, we will delete that personal data as soon as we can.

Data privacy:

IDBH Senso does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties and does not publicly display aggregate or anonymous information. Your e-mail address will not be used, sold or shared with third parties for purposes other than responding to your contact. If we are legally compelled to disclose your personal data to a third party, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of a disclosure unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

IDBH Senso store your data no longer than is necessary given the purposes for which the data was collected or until you submit a request to remove your personal data.

Some pages may embed videos from Youtube. When opening such a page, information about your visit will be transmitted to the American company Google, which owns Youtube. This can be used to track your visits across different websites. Google can share this information with third parties when legally required or when third parties are processing this information for Google. IDBH Senso has no access to and is not involved in the processing this data. The information transferred to Google can be stored for an undetermined amount of time on servers in the United States.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us about the personal data we process about you, the purpose and nature of the processing, and to provide information on who we share it with. You have the right to request that we update, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Please note that we may reject requests that put the privacy of others at risk or are unreasonable or repetitive, or would require disproportionate effort.

You have the right to opt out of the use or collection of certain data by us, including personal data and non-personal data, by using the “Do not track header”. When you enable this setting in your browser your visit to our website will not be recorded. If you merely do not want to be tracked by our website, you can indicate your preference below. Subsequently, data about your visit will not be stored. This opt-out will place a cookie on your machine that indicates you do not want to be tracked.

You have the right to expect us to protect your personal data and keep it safe. We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of the personal data we hold.
